The PỌSI difference

Why PỌSI

Sending money for someone's care is easy. Knowing it became care is not.

With PỌSI you pay the hospital directly, see the itemized price first, and get proof the care happened. For sponsors and hospitals in any country.

01Direct

Your money goes straight to the hospital.

Today, money for someone's care often goes through a remittance app. Then a relative collects it, carries cash to the hospital and reports back.

With PỌSI, you pay the hospital directly. No one has to carry it. No one has to vouch for it.

The usual route passes through a remittance app and a relative carrying cash. The PỌSI route goes straight from the sponsor to the hospital.Remittance appRelative with cash? With PỌSI: paid directlyYouHospital

02Upfront

See the itemized price before you pay.

The hospital prices the care from its own price list. You see every line before any money moves.

PỌSI's fee sits on its own line. Nothing is folded in or taken out later.

03Confirmed

Confirmed by the people who were there.

The care team confirms the care was given. The patient confirms it too.

A person at PỌSI reviews it. Then the hospital is paid.

04Proven

Complete proof of care, and what it did.

You get a full record: the care given, who confirmed it, and every payment, itemized.

You also see its clinical impact. Not just that the money arrived, but what it did for the patient.

05For hospitals

Hospitals get their full price. And their time back.

The hospital receives its full price. The sponsor pays PỌSI's fee, on top.

An AI agent runs the payment work. A person reviews its decisions. Hospitals also see what needs attention each day, ten figures on their cash, a “What if we…” simulator and a monthly plan, built from their own cases.

Any country. On both sides.

A sponsor can be in any country. So can the hospital.

PỌSI is built for care across borders from the start, wherever the family is and wherever the care is.

PỌSI wordmark

The name

Named for Olamiposi.

PỌSI is named after our founder's brother, Olamiposi. He was born with Down syndrome and a heart defect that needed emergency surgery soon after birth. He survived because our family could reach the care he needed, in time.

Access to care should not depend on where your family lives.

Olamiposi is a Yoruba name. It means “my happiness has multiplied.” The dot under the O is part of how it is written in Yoruba, and we keep it.

How to say it: PAW-see.
